England Tours the Caribbean 2009

English Captain

The England cricket team is now in St Kitts for the start of their tour of the Caribbean. They play 4 Test matches, 5 1-day internationals and 1 20/20 internationals against the West Indies.

The first practice match and 3-day first-class match are being played at Warner Park from January 29th to January 31st . The first test match is to be played at Sabina Park, Jamaica from February 4th to February 8th.

Three matches are to be played in Barbados:

 

  • 3rd Digicel Test February 26th to March 2nd

  • 3rd Digicel 1-day International March 27th

  • 4th Digicel 1-day International March 29th

Tickets are on sale now at the Kensington Oval

Tickets are now on sale at the Kensington Oval box office for the thousands of West Indies fans and are expected to sell our fast. The box office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 3:30pm. Tickets can only be purchased in person.

 

Hundreds of English cricket fans are expected on the island. The English Fan club the Barmy Army are already showing their ticket allocation as 'Sold Out' for all the Barbados marches.
